Suntem încântați să o felicităm pe Prof. Dr. Başak Ceyda Meco (Turcia) pentru alegerea sa în funcția de Președinte al European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC) pentru mandatul 2027–2029.
O prietenă apropiată a României și a SRATI, Prof. Dr. Başak Ceyda Meco va prelua această importantă responsabilitate de la Prof. Dr. Idit Matot (Israel), căreia îi mulțumim pentru contribuția remarcabilă adusă cooperării europene în domeniul Anesteziei și Terapiei Intensive.
Acest moment are o semnificație specială pentru comunitatea SRATI. Cu ocazia celui de-al 52-lea Congres Național SRATI, desfășurat recent la Sinaia, Prof. Dr. Başak Ceyda Meco a primit titlul de Membru de Onoare al SRATI, distincție înmânată de Prof. Dr. Habil. Șerban-Ion Bubenek-Turconi.
Îi dorim mult succes în noul mandat și suntem convinși că relația de colaborare dintre ESAIC și SRATI va continua să se consolideze în anii următori.

A longstanding friend of Romania and SRATI, Professor Başak Ceyda Meco will succeed our esteemed colleague and dear friend, Professor Idit Matot (Israel), continuing the mission of strengthening European cooperation in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine.
This achievement holds special significance for the SRATI community. During the 52nd National Congress of the Romanian Society of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care (SRATI), held recently in Sinaia, Professor Başak Ceyda Meco was awarded the title of Honorary Member of SRATI, a distinction presented by Professor Habil.
